Diego Mallo was selected from a number of artists based at La Escocesa Studios in Barcelona who were interested in spending time here in Salford. On looking at his work we felt that there was a certain synergy between his work and two of our very successful Islington Mill artists, Rachel Goodyear and Alison Erika Forde.
MIDNIGHT COFFEE PREVIEW is a regular platform to present new and previously un-exhibited artworks.
Initiated out of a desire and need for deadlines, MCP promotes artists to air recent developments in their practice and to receive developmental critique from peers in an informal setting, away from the usual pressures of exhibition making.
